Do you have a physical store?
We do not have a physical store now or in the foreseeable future. This cuts down on overhead, and allows us to continue to bring you the lowest prices possible. NoirLuna Leather products are carried in select stores on occasion. Refer to our information page for a list of stores. We do attend fetish events as a vendor as often as possible to allow our customers an opportunity to examine the product first hand.

Do you have a catalogue you can send me?
Sorry, we do not have a print catalogue. We do our best to keep the website as up to date as possible, which allows you, the customer, access to the most current product lists and prices, and further keeps our costs down. We can, however, send you a price list.

What will show on my credit card statement when I order from you?
We respect our customer’s privacy. Your credit card statement will simply show a purchase from NLL.

What sort of information do you collect and save about your customers?
We collect only as much information as is required to safely ship your items, and maintain a record of those transactions. NoirLuna Leather strongly supports current Canadian privacy laws which restrict use of private information to only those purposes for which it was gathered.

What about the packaging you ship in?
All items are shipped in plain packaging, with a return address of NLL.

Will you be a vendor at our event?
Currently NoirLuna Leather limits vending to events in Canada. If you are in Canada, we would be happy to discuss the possibility. We are always looking for new events and markets, but must also take into consideration the expense of travelling with the large inventory we typically bring to any event.

Do you wholesale?
We are a small business, dedicated to quality product with a personal touch, and will not compromise those principles with any form of mass production. We will, in certain cases, sell small batches of our products to stores.

I do not see ___ on your site, can you make it for me?
We will do our best. We love new ideas and will happily work with you to create the toy of your dreams. Send us a photo or sketch of what you have in mind and we will do our best to help you.

I do not fit the size choices on your site, what will it cost to have something made larger/smaller?
Nothing. We at NoirLuna Leather understand the frustration of walking into a store and having nothing fit us, or having to pay twice as much. Because our products are not mass produced, we are able to alter size needs to your specifications without extra charge.

I saw ____ on your site, and I like it, but want a small change made, what will this cost?
It depends on the change. Sometimes small changes cost nothing. Sometimes there is a small fee. We love custom orders, and do not wish to discourage your creativity with excess costs.

Do you guarantee your toys?
NoirLuna Leather guarantees all our toys under normal intended use. If something does fail, contact us, we will do our best to rectify the situation.

Do you accept international orders?
We are always happy to ship internationally. The shipping costs may vary, as will the arrival time. Feel free to contact us about shipping costs but please remember that arrival times are beyond our control.

What type of payment do you accept?
We accept major credit cards through paypal, direct bank transfers, or your paypal account. We are also happy to accept payment through money order. If you were to send cash, carefully concealed, we would also accept that but don’t recommend it. Simply print the contents of your shopping cart when you are finished shopping and send a copy of that along with your money order. Within Canada we can also accept email money transfers.

Do you accept returns?
We cannot accept returns on custom made items. This includes anything in which you provided a measurement, colour, or design choice, nor on items of a personal nature, such as cockrings. Everything else we are happy to do a return for store credit.

Do you do rush orders?
We are willing to work with you if you need a rush order, but please contact us beforehand, our ability to fill your order may depend on the volume of orders at any given moment.

How long will it take to receive my order?
NoirLuna Leather will contact you within 48 hours of your placing an order to give you an approximate shipment date. Most orders are processed and shipped within 72 hours, but custom orders may take up to 7 days to fill.

Do you provide overnight shipping?
Overnight orders may be possible depending upon order type and volume, as well as courier availability. An extra fee *will* apply. Please contact us before submitting an order.

My order was placed ages ago and hasn’t arrived, what’s going on?
If you are in Canada, or have chosen air shipping, there will be a tracking number. Contact us and we will help you try to track down your package. If you have chosen ground shipping and are outside of Canada there is unfortunately no way to track your package. If you are concerned about shipping, please pay the extra fee for trackable shipping. Once a package is out of our hands it is out of our control.
