A braided cat flogger with twenty-one inch long falls. The falls are a two-colour design of black and blue spiraling down the length of them. The handle has eight vertical stripes, alternating black and shiny blue while the knots are straight black. A very nice to swing flogger. Not too heavy or too light with lots of thud and sting.
