This flogger is made with one of the most unique leather we at NoirLuna Leather have run across. The leather is decorated with seamingly random "spatters" of gold on black. We have never seen a hide like this again so get it while you can! The falls are nine round braids while the handle is a herringbone pattern featuring the same leather.
