A blue garment, flat fall flogger. The falls are 18" long and the handle is the standard width, and 8" long. The pattern on the handle is a mix of 5 shades of blue on two quarters with the other two quarters being a solid stripe of blue. The knots are rounded, and feature a blue patent interweave.
