Plum Purple Light Chap Flogger

This flogger falls right between garment and chap. It's heavier than garment but lighter than chap. The smooth falls provide an interesting mix of thud and sting that leans slightly towards the thud end of the scale. The handle is our standard width in a randomized black and plum pattern while the knots are solid black.
