Thin Locking Collar

This simple, 1” wide collar is made of heavy black leather, has an understated hanging D-ring in the front as an attachment point and fastens in the back with a locking roller buckle. Locking roller buckles are capable of acting just like a normal buckle but they also boast a small hole in the tongue of the buckle through which a small padlock can be inserted, thus making it impossible to unbuckle the collar without first removing the padlock.
