Thick Locking Collar with Three Loop and Rings

Three loop and ring combination attachment points and jingly noise makers make this a great bondage collar. The body is 1 ½” wide, and made of heavy black leather while the back fastens with a U-hasp through which a small padlock can be threaded. For faster removal, one can always use a carabineer to secure the clasp.
