Thin Locking Collar With Loop and Ring

This lockable collar is 1 ˝” wide, made of heavy black leather, and features a single loop and ring in the center as an attachment point and noise maker. The back fastens with a U-hasp through which one can insert a small padlock, or for less permanency, a carabineer will also work.
